I had a fantastic stay at Riad Sania By Ghali. The location was great, being just off a main road and close to the main square, but still quiet enough to relax. The only downside was finding the place initially, as the signs were hard to see. Overall, I totally recommend this riad for its charm and really good staff.

Rooms

My room, Chambre Cavaliers berberes, was spacious and comfortable, though the lack of natural light was a bit of a downer. It was also noisy at times due to thin walls.
Service
10.0
The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help, even arranging to pick me up from the airport. Their efforts really made my stay special.
Location

The riad is in a quiet area, which was great after a day of exploring the bustling medina. It’s super close to the market and main square, making it easy to discover all the sights.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent but could use some variety like fresh fruit or eggs. What they did serve was typical Moroccan fare, which I enjoyed.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities were pretty good, with room service and even a pool for chilling out after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated the airport shuttle service as well.

My stay at Riad Sania by Ghali was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the main square, and the air conditioning was a much-appreciated relief from the summer heat. However, I found the service lacking at times, especially during check-in, and my room was quite small and dark, right next to the reception area, which affected my comfort.

The Chambre Cavaliers berberes I stayed in was small and dark, situated right by the reception. While it was clean, the noise from the reception was bothersome when trying to rest.
Service
5.0
While there were some friendly staff members, the check-in experience was frustrating with unhelpful service. I felt that the receptionist could have been more accommodating.
Location
10.0
The riad's location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna and easy access to explore the fascinating medina. I loved being in the heart of Marrakech.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was served outside of the riad, which I didn't mind. However, it could use a bit more variety; having fresh fruit or eggs would make it better.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities such as housekeeping and laundry were useful, but I didn't get the chance to use the pool as I wished I could. Still, basic facilities were in place.

My stay at Riad Sania was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic and close to the main square, several aspects of the service were disappointing, especially the communication around airport transfers. The room had some charm but needed better cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom.

Rooms

The room had a nice decor but could have been cleaner, with hairs found in the bathroom.
Service

The communication was lacking, especially regarding the airport shuttle, which caused unnecessary stress.

I loved how close it was to the market, making it easy to explore the sights and sounds of Marrakech.
Dining

Dining options were basic and could use more variety, though what was served was at least fresh.

The Riad had decent facilities, but the shuttle service experience really let it down.

Riad Sania By Ghali had a beautiful architecture and a great location, just a short walk from the main square. though I encountered some challenges during my stay. The service was sometimes lacking, and I found my room quite small and dark. Overall, it was a mixed experience, balancing both the positives and the drawbacks.

Rooms

I stayed in a small room on the ground floor that was stuffy and dark. plus, there was no closet space for my belongings. I did appreciate the air conditioning, which was helpful in the summer heat.
Service

The staff were friendly on occasion, but I found the receptionist unhelpful at times. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, even at check-in time. There were moments when the reception area was left unattended, raising safety concerns.

The riad's location was fantastic. very central and close to significant attractions, making it easy to explore the sounds and sights of the ancient city of Marrakech.
Dining

Breakfast was served elsewhere, which was a bit unexpected. the selection was basic and could use more variety. However, the associated restaurant had fantastic food with lovely rooftop dining.
Facilities

I missed having tea or coffee facilities in my room. and the pool was quite small, serving more for relaxation than swimming.

I had a mixed experience at Riad Sania by Ghali. While the location was excellent and I enjoyed the traditional Moroccan breakfast, there were several issues that detracted from my stay, such as a lack of proper communication and cleanliness in my room.

Rooms

I found my room, the Suite Essaouira, could have been cleaner as there were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. The decor was nice, but the overall tidiness was lacking.
Service

The customer service could definitely improve, especially regarding communication about the location of the Riad. I struggled to find it and didn't receive a warm welcome with mint tea as expected.
Location
8.0
The location is simply amazing, right in the heart of the medina and close to the main square, making it convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakech.
Dining

Breakfast was a magical start to the day with fresh-squeezed orange juice and Moroccan bread, though I felt it could use a bit more variety in savory options.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, with options for room service and a pool on the terrace, but the overall experience didn’t live up to my expectations.
